Enercare is the premier provider of essential home and commercial services and energy solutions. The app allows customers to review their account information, schedule a service call for your heating or air conditioning equipment or book a maintenance or plumbing visit.



The existing process of scheduling service and maintenance appointments was facilitated through call-centre agents. This resulted in long wait times, especially in high traffic times like seasonal changes and storms.


We built a mobile app for iOS and Android that enables customers to schedule and manage their own appointments. The app provides suggested appointment times but also allows users to select any appointment window that works best for them. The necessary data is collected for the service worker to be prepared and the app also prepares the customer by giving them a preparation list and push notification when the driver is on route to their location.
